At first, he thought it was a hallucination, his inability to separate the present from the sweet whispers of the past. But it was real. The almost intoxicating power of the past was coursing through his body once again.

Tang Bo, if you ever saw him with the Saint, would radiate with the warmth and love akin to that of a hearth, eyes squinted and mouth in a wide smile that was filled to the brim with pure, unadulterated joy.
He would smile at Cheong Myeong with a gentle fondness, would look at him as if he'd hung the moon and the stars in the sky. If you ever asked about the saint, he would laugh and speak about him with gentle eyes and a fond tone, love carrying through in each syllable he spoke.

The sound of footsteps catches his attention, and Cheong Myeong silently moves himself on the other side of the bed as Tang Bo sits on the edge, raising himself up and placing himself beside Cheong Myeong.
With gentle ministrations, he lightly places his hands of his Hyung-nim's. When the other doesn't move away, Tang Bo takes it a little further and holds Cheong Myeong's hands up, fingers locked together as he rases the back of the other's hands up to his lips, breath grazing it lightly.
"I'm glad," Tang Bo whispers gently, pressing a faint kiss onto Cheong Myeong's knuckles lightly, "that I have you again."
