Four switches arrive at Bratford, a 'lifestyle' university specialising in teaching Brats and Tamers. Around half the students are dedicated to mischief and the other half are dedicated to keeping them in line with regular spankings and other punishments. Then there are the brat switches who play on whichever side seems fun at the time.

Summary
