“Good evening,” Xie Lian smiled. He reached up to his chest to clutch at the diamond ring nestled there. “Please give me back my San Lang.”
The man looked down at Xie Lian and grinned. “Wow! I didn’t realize how much I missed being tall until now. Mo Xuanyu is shorter than Lan Zhan, you see.”
Xie Lian squinted up at the person who had stolen Hua Cheng’s body and tugged at his own ears to hear better. He cleared his throat and responded, “Hello, I’m Xie Lian. Welcome to San Lang's and my humble abode, Puqi Shrine.”
“Hello to you too, Daozhang!” The man chirped in Hua Cheng’s deep, rumbling voice. “I’m Wei Wuxian, husband to Lan Zhan and father to Lan Sizhui.”

After Wei Wuxian infiltrates Ghost City, he accidentally swaps bodies with the Ghost King, Hua Cheng. Needless to say, their respective husbands freak out and Wangxian and Hualian journey together to Mount Tonglu to find a cure to Wei Wuxian and Hua Cheng's ailment. Of course, with Xie Lian's poor luck, they get more than what they bargained for and chaos ensues. Somehow, it's all Qi Rong's fault.

Summary
Xie Lian finds himself in a strange village where everyone appears bewitched to speak truthfully and without restraint, causing discord and fighting amongst themselves. Now hardly anyone will speak, for fear of causing offense and starting a fight. However, holding it in seems to also have consequences.
It's up to Xie Lian, the two gods of this shared territory, and a his husband to get to the bottom of it and cure them of this affliction.
Sure would suck if all four of them ended up cursed to speak the brutally honest truth themselves....
