Peter gets a sense from the second that he walks into school after a "sick day" (see: injuries after a bad patrol) that something isn't right. About 10 seconds later, that feeling is solidified when Ned tells him all about their Field Trip to Stark Industries in a few days. So yeah. Peter is pretty much screwed.

Summary
This is the fourth time I’ve rewritten this.
This is my first fic so I’m always open to constructive criticism!
Also why are summary’s so hard.
Peter’s cheeks are on fire. All the other sounds in the world, the ones that never seem to turn off, are quiet for the first time since the bite. The silence allows Peter to focus on what's important, Harley's perfectly soft lips on Peters. The faint smell of oil and pine from the shampoo Harley uses filling Peters nostrils stealing away his focus. A soft ruffling of the sheets alerts Peter to Harley falling back onto his heels. Staring at Peter while reaching out a hand to ruffle his hazel curls.
“You with me, darlin’?” His voice is soft and low, carrying that unwavering attention and that unrelenting sass, the smirk clearly heard in his words.

Peter shouldn't have run to you about what I perceive to be playground insults and Flash should've had the responsibility to not say them in the first place. Therefore, I believe four days worth of detention for both and a written apology should suffice as punishment,"
"Excuse me?!" May shouts, pushing herself up from her chair. There's a burning fire in her eyes, like she couldn't believe that the principal would imply that that low of a punishment would be enough.
OR: Peter's field trip didn't go so well because of a guy named Eugene 'Flash' Thompson. These are the consequences of Flash's actions compiled into 4,000 or so words.

No. No. He can't be serious, right? Tony would've told him sooner if his school were going on a field trip to what was practically his second home… Right?
Of course, as a piece of paper embellished with the Stark Institute logo drops onto the table in front of him, his hopes are all but shattered.
OR: We all love a good Field Trip fic. And I wanted to try my hand at writing one. So I threw all my favourite trope and characters into a blender and here we are.
