Summary
Bakugou and Todoroki finally have their provisional licenses, which allowed them to take down some villains on the way back from the exam. Izuku is beyond thrilled for them - really, he is. He can't help but compare their success against his own recent failures with Black Whip, though, and All Might's boasting about his classmates really doesn't help. So, Izuku revisits an old nervous twitch in his pent-up frustrations and worries.
What he doesn't expect is how this leads to All Might becoming his dad.

“May I ask why you were wading through the family pond?” Shouto says, and his voice grows cold, just as an equally cold breeze rolls through the air. “Certainly not for a dip, hm? I can’t imagine it is terribly warm.”
“Oh, no, Sir Todoroki,” Izuku shakes his head, and he glances aside to the pond he has recently fled; his sketchbook papers catch on a lazy breeze, blown across the surface like bleeding lily pads.
Shouto’s gaze only hardens.“Sir Todoroki is my father,” he says stoically, and Izuku fights to ensure his cringe doesn’t display on his face – not too evidently, at the very least. “Even in his absence, that title is reserved for him alone.”
In which Shouto is the son of a wealthy nobleman, and Izuku is the stableboy who shovels his horse's messes. And perhaps has a hidden talent, as well - one which Shouto finds particularly fascinating.

Shouto sent a wave of ice up his own arm and Deku released him with a curse. Todoroki rolled to brace his back against the wall, aiming his right hand at the vigilante.
“Stop it!”
The previously light-hearted vigilante scowled at him as he brushed frost roughly off his arm.
“Look, I get it. I really do, but with all of the big guns away we need you fighting-fit and you’re not helping anyone reducing yourself to this.”
Shouto bristled at the hand that waved at him, keenly aware of his shivering and the ice flaking off of his own skin. "What do you care?"

UA's hockey team is legendary, so much so that their all-freshman JV team basically plays a tryout season. Players either move on to Varsity or see the end of their college hockey careers. Everyone keeps telling Shouto Todoroki that he's a shoo-in for Varsity, but nothing is guaranteed in hockey. He'll have to work harder than ever to take his spot. At least when the pressure looms over him, he knows he can lean on the person he loves for support.
Turning in competitions for cheering on the sidelines at hockey games was an easier transition than Izuku Midoriya expected. He fell in love with the game and the JV team's star player. Sometimes he misses stunting and tumbling. It's hard not to think about what life at UA would have been like if he'd been able to compete on the varsity cheer squad. Then again, things have a way of working themselves out.

Shouto Todoroki has eaten, slept, and breathed hockey his whole life. He's got a legacy to live up to with his pro-hockey old man, and he's no stranger to the scrutiny and expectations of his coaches and teammates. It's different now that he plays for UA, though. He's got a former pro coach who sees potential in him and teammates who might actually like him as a person. Then there's the cheerleading captain, who's kind and compassionate in a way Shouto's never known—and who won't rest until Shouto stops dismissing hockey as nothing more than his old man's game.

Well I have never seen a fanfic where Tododeku existed before UA, it’s usually Bakudeku(don’t get me wrong Bakudeku is a second fav ship). It’s always after 😭. Even if they did, it’s always just oneshots and never writes their life at UA. I got frustrated so this happened. But if there is any please recommend them(please I beg of you) in the comments.
You never know you have a dull life until you don’t. And Todoroki Shouto doesn’t want to go back.
Midoriya Izuku, the freak of nature, gets saved. Said savior never leaves him alone anymore. Izuku doesn’t want to be lonely ever again.

Shouto has forgotten what good physical touch means. All the times he remembers involving physical affection date back approximately ten years. That is, from before his mom got sent to the hospital.
Every time he’s been in contact with somebody after that, he’s been afraid and scared.
Izuku seems to be the only exception to this.Or; Izuku has a habit of sleeping on Shouto, and Shouto’s happy to let him.
They learn to take comfort in each other when they’re feeling down. And maybe they fall in love along the way. -
