This is where she meets Lettow. The current prince of Arizona and stunned by his beauty, she decides that yes, she will stay here. She used her skills as a marketer and a planner to help revitalize his club which upon further inspection does so poorly that any money it doesn’t bleed is surprising to her.
She is able to see the beauty in things and knows how to make that work to make money.
