John feels sick.

You see, in the eyes of the world and the team, John is nothing more than a beta with an alpha complex. Betas are individuals capable of living in the world without the need to be anchored to an alpha, an omega, or even another beta. Theories present them as the chosen ones of reason and logic, as those clumsy and flawed beings who will always be incomplete.
The curious thing is that John is certainly neither a beta nor an alpha.
He's an omega.
And he's afraid."

Summary

“We’ll see about that, Mr. Fixer,” Katsuki sarcastically responded. “All these fuckers go around calling that virus All For One, well now thanks to you we have the means to counter that. You may be just one guy, but you’re gonna save us all. One For All."
Scientist Katsuki finds the key to the cure for the pandemic virus that's plagued their world within Izuku's blood plasma. But Izuku isn't sure he's capable of taking on such a responsibility. Will Katsuki only see him as a test sample for the cure, or will something deeper develop between them as they fight to stop the deadly virus before it takes more lives?
