    Summary

In "Rhaenyra The Golden" I promised only one-shots and a break from this fandom, but I am a dirty liar. I swear this happens every single time I start writing House of the Dragon fic.

I sit down with one clear idea in mind, fully convinced I know where the story is going, and somehow I end up with two. The same thing happened with "The Rogue Prince Come Again" and "HIMYF – Targaryen Edition", so at this point I really should know better than to fight it.

So far, we’ve wandered through Dorne, Driftmark, the Stepstones, the North, and even Yi Ti. And now—whether I like it or not—we’re heading into my least favorite region of all: the Riverlands. I have complaints. Many of them. But the story demanded it, and I’ve learned that arguing rarely works.

This fic is me unapologetically playing cupid, rearranging pieces, and indulging a little too hard in character dynamics. Somewhere along the way, I also circled right back to my Sims tendencies, because apparently I cannot help myself when it comes to orchestrating the chaos that is Westeros.

As always, thank you for reading, and for sticking with me as this series continues to grow sideways instead of straight ahead.

    Summary

When Camilla decided to gamble with her life, she wasn't expecting the result to be waking up in another universe. Though, becoming an experiment as soon as she woke up wasn't great. Well, it shouldn't take too long to escape, so the situation could be worse. At least she met some nice people here, even if they can be a little... intense, sometimes.
    ~
Camilla had almost become certain that this was a different universe. Evols were very much a new thing, and apparently she now had one despite not being a real person, which… anyway, that wasn’t important. It wasn’t like there was anyone or anything left for her to miss, and not having to worry about hiding from the company was a relief, but… no, she had no complaints. Though really, what had she been doing to both destroy her entire body and have her soul drift far enough through space-time that this reality didn’t even operate on the same rules? She assumed it had involved her plans to escape, but looking at the results, ‘fake death’ was extremely close to becoming ‘real death’.

    Summary

    I was the first.
The experiment that never made it past the prototype stage.
Unstable. Disposable. A name not worth remembering.

They locked me away and moved on—created someone better. Someone who could carry the Aether Core without breaking. She was everything I was never given the chance to be: trained, adored, chosen. They built the future around her.

    But the future didn’t survive.

She died during the final trial, and somehow… I didn’t. I woke up in the wreckage—alone, alive, and still broken. I don’t have the Core. I don’t have her strength. I don’t even have her face.

But now there’s no one else left to take her place.

The five who once stood by her side are grieving someone I never even met. And I’m caught between being a ghost of the past and a threat the scientists thought they buried.

    They’re watching me.
They’re waiting for me to fall apart again.
But I’ve survived worse than being forgotten.

    I wasn’t made to be a weapon.
    But I’ll become one anyway.
