    Loosely based on the third Descendants movie—and I mean loosely—this is the final installment of my YA adaptation.
    Terrified that his beast curse will bring heartbreak or worse upon anyone he loves, Ben pushes Mal away. When liberating more Isle children leads to an unexpected barrier breach, Mal realizes there may be a power Auradon isn’t considering, and it might be the only thing strong enough to break an enchantress’s curse. Unfortunately it can’t have her undivided attention; between a mistake from her past seeking vengeance, mounting pressure from Queen Leah and the Council, and one very important missing lizard, Mal fears all of Auradon is hanging by a thread. To save Ben and the kingdom, Mal must use every part of herself—the villain, the queen, the dragon, and the god.
