A gaudy incense burner unearthed deep from Lan storage, with the power to allow one to revisit pleasant memories, seems like it will serve as the perfect distraction for Wei Wuxian's bored, ever-curious mind.
However, both Wei Wuxian and Lan Wangji will learn the true reason that the incense burner was hidden- the reason that memories are meant to stay in the past...

They are understandably not okay with this, and try to deal with the aftermath of what they went through while taking care of a comatose Wei Wuxian.
