Enid tuts. “Okay, how do I even work this thing?” She’s already frustrated by the complicated keys.
Wednesday stares at her. “You don’t know how to work a typewriter?”
“No, because I’m not 300 years old.” Wednesday glares at her and Enid has the heart to cower.
After an excruciatingly slow typewriter lesson, Enid finally gets the hang of it. With a grin, she exclaims, “Now I understand why you like it so much! It’s so satisfying. Have you ever thought of opening an ASMR channel?”

Enid asks Wednesday to help her write love letters to Ajax because he's oblivious and dumb. Only, Enid doesn't expect to fall for Wednesday instead, and it doesn't help that the girl is ten times dumber.

"If we trick them into thinking we're straight, they don't have anything to say about us, right?" It sounded better in Max's head, or maybe she just pitched it terribly; either way, it sounded ridiculous coming out of her mouth.
Will stared at her, his mouth hanging open, disbelief painted on his face. "Look at us." He nodded towards Max's t-shirt, Bikini Kill was printed across it. Calling out her entire riot grrrl deal, it didn't exactly scream heterosexual, normal, boring girl. He snickered weakly, defeated. "We're not tricking anyone."
Will, too, had certain qualities, like the pink triangles embroidered into every single jacket he owns or the sheer number of times David Bowie comes up in conversation.
"Oh yes, we are. If we pretend we're dating. They'll just think I'm a feminist and you're metrosexual." Max smirked, the alcohol tinting her words. She wasn't convincing at all.
"Don't you think our friends will notice that their gay friend is dating a girl?" Will questioned, basically interrogating her.
"You changed your mind, you're bisexual. They won't know a thing, dude."
OR max and will start a fake relationship to avoid bullying, but Mike and Jane get VERY jealous
