Jas, meanwhile, is just hoping everything gets better. That her uncle smiles more, that she gets new shoes, and that nice Mr. Harvey sticks around, he makes things better, somehow. That, she supposed, is what doctors did, after all.

Harvey has just moved into Stardew Valley after buying the clinic in its Pelican Town. But Harvey is anxious, awkward and crippling with self-doubt, so managing his own clinic in a random town in the middle-of-nowhere part of the British countryside is a hard thing to adjust to.
Shane has always struggled with his mental health, but ever since taking on the father figure role with his goddaughter Jas, he has been slipping towards rock bottom. His alcoholism has gotten worse, he's been isolating himself from his family and his thoughts have gotten more and more unbearable.
But when these two struggling men meet one warm Spring evening, they learn that they can overcome any mental road blocks with love, understanding and trust. And they both need therapy.
(Trying to frequently upload this fic, but I'm doing my exams/coursework up until summer 2026 and I have really bad memory/motivation, so PLEASE don't mind if I forget to upload frequently a few times.)
