Summary
“Where did you get this cottage, Sirius?” Remus asked, holding a large box of all his books. There were only so many things even he could levitate, after a point, and this particular box deserved touch.
“Do you remember the time I told you I was in Warkworth for some cousin Tiyana’s engagement?” Sirius said, struggling with his own varied luggage, “I snuck out, obviously, and this cottage was right near it. It’s always been at the back of my mind.”
Remus regarded the cottage once more. It wasn’t big or sprawling at all, but a rather modest size. It was topped with a striking red roof, and plain wood on its walls. The porch was the same, with three steps leading up to it. He’d also been told that there was a yard behind the cottage, which led out into the surrounding forest. In essence, it was the perfect house for Sirius and Remus.
OR
A few scenes and flashes of time of when Sirius and Remus lived in a cottage before the war started, and their life and what could have been. Sort of inspired by ATYD, but not very obviously.

It's abandoned, clearly. No sign of life. The roof, which might have once been red, has faded to a dull, washed-out pink, and the wooden boarding is corroded, peeling away in long, curling strips. The porch steps sag under the weight of time. A single black light pole stands by the entrance, its base carved with stars, silver paint chipping away.
That’s what gets him near the door in the first place.
And the door—it's pretty. Not something he’d expect here, in a forgotten place like this. There’s a small mural painted on it, delicate but weathered: a black dog standing in a field of pale flowers. Lilies, Harry thinks. He isn’t sure. He isn’t much of a florist.He pushes the door open. The house sighs. The wood shifts, groaning under the weight of years untouched. And the air—
Harry reaches out. Feels it.

There is a man wearing a bell bottom suit and shoe heels in front of the house of the most orthodox people Dorothy has met since her own Mormon grandmother. She is not going to miss this.

"A Matcha Americano with skimmed milk steamed to precisely 98°F, a splash of 2% milk, three ice cubes made from oat milk, and a shot of decaf espresso, served in a cup lined with salt, much appreciated if you can give it to me quickly."
The man said each word in perfect diction, not even looking up at the counter. His hair was perfectly coiffed, his suit a dark, dark navy and his skin was rather pale.
"Is that doable?" He looked up, a little bit irritated, his left eyebrow raised as though he was declaring a challenge
"Perfectly well, Sir. We're a bit rushed, so I'll have it for you in about five." Harry replied, not wanting to be outdone by the smug man - who no doubt enjoyed torturing baristas - "May I have a name?"
"Tom."
Harry huffed out some laughter, deciding against telling him that at least seven Toms were present in the coffee shop.
