Draco can't stop shaking.
Which shouldn't be strange, seeing Draco is always shaking. There is always a part of him that trembles. His hands, most of the time. Sometimes his legs, some days even the corner of his mouth. Other days it's noticeable in his shoulders.
The overuse of the Cruciatus Curse does that to a person.
But he is never shaking like he is right now; body underneath Harry and vibrating so hard Harry is scared he'll tip right off the edge of the bed.
Or, Draco is left with permanent nerve damage and Harry learns to deal with the aftermath by loving Draco right through it

Sunlight filters red and fleshy through Katsuki’s eyelids. He’s content and warm and there are rough fingertips on his cheeks.
“Mm,” Katsuki says, still half asleep.
“Pookie bear, wake up.”
Katsuki sighs heavily.
“‘S too early for your bullshit, Zu,” Katsuki warns, voice husky with sleep.
“It’s not bullshit,” Izuku counters with a huff. “This is important.”
