“Ahem!” Ikaruga interrupts, glancing at the Earth Dancer. “It’s not fair on Subaru to make this decision so suddenly.”
“Y-Yeah! I, I-I need to think long and hard about this.”
“And certainly not when he has more dates lined up for him as well.”
“Yea-“ Subaru agreed before whipping his head towards the onmyoji. “Wait what!?”
Hisui plays matchmaker and sets up the Earth Dancer with Azuma’s most endearingly pathetic lineup of bachelors.

Takumi would bring his raincoat next time, he thought as they continued their trek.
“Speaking of the news, have you heard about the recent cases lately?” Eito questions, making the shorter male pause for a moment. “I usually just read the paper though, so I’m just curious to see what you’ve heard.”
“Are you talking about that serial killer on the loose?” Takumi questions, getting a nod. “Talking about this while we’re walking alone like this gives me the creeps. Stop it.”

This exact moment he felt when Takumi pointed his blade at his neck on day two, when Takumi’s blue irises locked onto his own, putrid flesh being melted away for a moment as he glanced into pure hatred.
