Summary
"You saw it too, Jayce. You saw it firsthand, one of those possibilities. And so, so many others, I...we...always chased a dream, together or otherwise. And yet...far, far too often, it corrupts. Is that...all there is for us?" -

Summary
His earliest memory is the sound of a river—talons dipping into a shallow part of a stream that stretched far toward the morning sun, white tides over sun-warmed stone. Claws stretched out and feathers unfurled to be preened. He remembers as easily as it was yesterday the pleasant warmth on his wings. The only thing that stains the memory is the scent of blood in the water, in the air, and the traces that have longed seeped into the soil.
In the blink of an eye, he finds a strange woman making her way towards him.

Summary
“Makes me wonder… Do those suppressors of yours only work to tame emotions? Or also pleasure?” He watched a neat flush spread across the Machine Herald's face despite his seeming indifference.
“You’re chasing a useless fantasy. The suppressors work to mute anything I do not wish to feel. They act on my accord and while you may have caught me off guard, you also gave me a moment to compose myself.” said Viktor, his eyes almost pitiful and tone monotone.
Jayce shifted their position then so that he was settled between the Machine Herald’s legs, cloak splayed over his lap and firm thighs resting over his hips. Jayce leaned over Viktor and watched the slight clench to his jaw as he met Jayce’s heavy gaze. “I’m chasing a theory, you of all people should understand the desire to prove one.”
-The Machine Herald claims to have ridden himself of emotions he simply did not wish to feel. Jayce begins to ponder a theory of whether or not pleasure also fell under the category of emotions and whether or not he could find the right buttons to push just to prove that Viktor hadn't quite turned himself into the emotionless machine he so desperately claims to have.

Summary
“What did I just tell you?”
Viktor desperately wants to pull away, but he’s smart enough to know when he’s trapped. Jayce has backed him into a familiar corner, one where Viktor knows his only option left is to obey. “You told me not to hide.”
“And what were you doing?”
“I was hiding my—” Viktor’s blushing so badly it’s not just his cheeks that feel like they're on fire, but his whole body. An upsetting mix of arousal and shame makes him feel heavy and uncoordinated. Out of control. “—hiding my cock.”
Viktor has a complex about his size. It's just as well Jayce has a penchant for appreciating things in small packages.

Summary
Half a decade after Viktor leaves Piltover for good, a fragment of Hexcore permanently adhered to his soul, an old friend comes to him for help. This wouldn't be an issue, if the same old friend hadn't spent the last five years trying to hit him, very hard, with a really big hammer.
“You’re not real,” Viktor repeated, closing his eyes. Even with the knowledge that this was a dream, the gentle touch unraveled him. There was an impact crater where his heart should be.
The calloused pad of Jayce's thumb found the corner of Viktor’s mouth. “All right. I’ll bite – what’s your evidence for this hypothesis?”
Viktor smiled into the touch, felt it tug against Jayce's thumbprint. “Isn’t it obvious? You haven’t tried to kill me yet.”- Language:
