Summary
The day they pulled Kaveh’s body out of that river was the day Alhaitham decided he would do whatever it took to get justice. When he wasn’t sitting at Cyno’s pouring over paperwork full of evidence, suspects, and clues, he was haunted by the memories of his past with Kaveh in his dreams.
That, and Kaveh’s ghost wouldn’t leave him alone.
Kaveh doesn’t remember how he died or how he ended up face down in blood stained water with a stab wound through his chest. Death will do that to you. Make you forget your final moments and have you begging for answers. He didn’t know why fate had to be so cruel, but he was determined to help Alhaitham in his cause to find his killer.
