Summary

Xiomara Carrasco a determined and fierce witch of muggle origin from the region of Catalonia. She is presented with the power of ancient magic as soon as she starts her journey for Hogwarts. Graduating alongside Ominis, she is determined to carve out a career that reflects her strength and independence, during Victorian times.

"Why, Miss Carrasco, would you entertain the notion that would be a prudent idea for me to assume the role of your fictitious fiancé?" Ominis inquired, his voice resonating with a low, menacing growl.

Hello my dear lovelies,
I am starting another new story. A story filled with sweet romance, cheery FL meets grumpy ML. The first time he met her she looked like any other witch with a kind and gentle nature. The second time they met she looked anxious in a way that said she was hiding a secret. Well, he did not want to be bothered by her, so he started focusing more on the mission rather than this intriguing witch.
Also pretty much everything belonging to the story belongs to Hogwarts Legacy and JK Rowlings, except the plot and some OCs.
Finally, I figured out the way to add my spotify playlists to my chapters. I am not the best techie out there :-)Best,

Summary
This is a short story trying to give all of you a glimpse into the lives of some of the characters from "Veil of the Forgotten Heir". This work and a few others will give all of you a trailer into what is to come the Gaunt chronicles.
After reading the Harry Potter series, I started wondering what if Barty Crouch Junior was an auror. He was definitely a smart wizard and knew his way around dark and defensive spells. What if he had a positive influence in his life, through one of his closest friend and their family. Crouch Senior is more of a self serving individual in this work and Barty's mother definitely loves him, but does not know what she can do. This is not a story where our original female character (Arianwen) saves Barty from his darkness. She is a pragmatic witch and knows what is at stake. Well, suffice to say this is a little different take on Barty's character and his profession.

It is a time-travel story with a twist. Hermione Granger is ready to sacrifice a lot when it comes to her family and friends. Her parents are muggle, but they are not powerless.
Draco is not brave and never does anything that does not profit him in any way. Malfoys might not have the same popularity and power as before the war, but they can influence people with power. They are adept with the power of persuasion. Also, why is Draco's cousin so interested in pursuing Hermione?
An excerpt from the story:-
Draco’s face held a smirk, perhaps something like respect “ that was quite conniving of you.” When Hermione glanced at him, she couldn’t quite tell if he was impressed or irritated that Umbridge had been caught out.
“That, my dear Draco,” she drawled slowly, “is the pot calling the kettle black.”
He chuckled softly, conceding the point. “Guilty as charged.”

Summary
Rey inherits a home in upstate New York after her distant Aunt Maz passes. She settles into the small town, opening a bookstore and cafe on the quant Main Street. Her neighbor, a farmer named Plutt, doesn't hesitate to aim his rifle at any animal that crosses his land, and one winter night, Rey finds an injured wolf-dog behind her home.
With the help of her friend and veterinarian, Rose, they nurse the wolf-dog back to health, and Rey tries to find out where the beautiful animal came from. She doesn't expect to grow close to the dog, closer than what is appropriate or legal.
She also doesn't expect KYLØ to shift into a tall man with dark hair and eyes that pierce her soul.
