I dedicate this work to my dearest girl — the one who inspired me to write it. What began as a small message in our chat eventually grew into the massive draft I now carry on my phone. I hope you enjoy this story, as I personally see it as a possible continuation of canon — a glimpse into the lives of the Foxes after the end of the third book.
While writing, I’ve relied on the released material about Jean and the additional information shared by Nora herself, doing my best to stay within the bounds of canon and keep everything true to the original universe.

It was a short list, culled over the years to the most important things. Before, they used to think they’d kill themselves before they were 18, but then the assistant head coach of the Exy team at Penn had recruited them. They decided to move the goalpost, deciding they would at least try and learn as much as they could about everything before they offed themselves in four years.
