Amity Blight is tired of all the dinner dates her mother kept setting her up with. So she thought of a brilliant plan, something so flawless she was sure would work-fake date a person her parents would not approve and hopefully get them off her back.
The hairs on her arm stood as Amity went over her plan once more in her head; There was no one else she could count on in her circle. So logically, she had to search for someone outside of it.

Summary
AU focused on the beta character designs. Here the witches live among the humans but are socially distant, with witches appearing human unless stressed/magically strained. Many of her friends are unsure of what to do when Luz disappears, yet Amity takes it especially hard. What'll happen to Luz with her new curse? How will their relationship develop? Will Luz come back? There are so many questions the characters have racing in their minds. Who knows what will happen.

Luz Noceda was always so cheerful and up beat on the outside. She showed the same side ti everyone. And she thought that if it stayed like so- people wouldn't hate her. But now in collage how could she possibly hold everything in. Maybe this serious uptight girl she thought she saw before might help her through all her thoughts.
Amity Blight knew where she wanted to take her life but never could. Stuck in her parents shadows, she wanted nothing more to do with them once she hit collage. Maybe this was her chance. And maybe- just maybe this weirdly cute girl she met at a playground when she was 6 was going to give her that last push to rebel.

Summer has come to an end, and it's time for Luz to return home to Camila. Amity only finds the courage to tell her friend how she feels about her when the door closes behind Luz, and makes the rash decision to follow her.
