This idea has been rolling around in my head. Not having any clue how or what Oliver is going to do win Felicity back, but I do picture it being slow and gradual. Rebuilding trust is hard. So to regain trust, you have to open yourself up a bit. So this is a short interpretation as to how I think it will start and a little timeline too. I hope you like it.
