Summary
Gin Akutagawa never went to school, as far as she could remember, she always lived in the slums with her brother, Ryuunosuke, and their friends. School was a privilege she had never known, even having a daily meal was a luxury. Her only purpose in life had been surviving. Back then, she would've given everything (except her brother) to live a normal life, to go to school like normal kids, to go home and find a hot meal on the table, to be able to wear clothes that didn't have holes in them and have the comfort of sleeping in a building that shielded her from both the rain and the wind.
