Summary
Wei Wuxian's adopted son is being taught by none other than Lan Wangji, a man he never thought fate would bring back into his life. As a struggling single parent, he is happy to know that A-Yuan has someone Wei Wuxian can trust to take care of him and teach him while he's at work. One day, a few weeks into the new school year, however, Lan Wangji reports something concerning and heart wrenching to Wei Wuxian when he's dropping A-Yuan off. Wei Wuxian soon finds himself once again reminding himself how much he loves his little boy while also planning a course of action to help A-Yuan.
And who knows, maybe Lan Wangji coming back into his life means more than just ensuring A-Yuan has the best education possible!

So it doesn’t particularly surprise him when someone leaves him a letter bearing his name. No specific colors, no seal—clearly not from any prominent clan. See? Just grateful civilians.
