Summary
It's clear that this is just a fact Logan knows now about his new roommate, among the other facts he's accumulating. Wade watches cartoon porn in the living room in the middle of the day; Wade asks for "Thai hot" when they order takeout and actually likes it that way; Wade's liquor cabinet is stocked with two dozen flavored vodkas and three kinds of Kahlua and nothing else; and Wade sleeps bad. He never seems to wake up from whatever bad dreams he's having, though, or at least Logan never sees it happen. He wishes Wade would wake up. Logan knows how much worse it is to be trapped in the nightmare.
(Wade has nightmares; Logan helps. His methods are questionable, but effective.)

Summary
Tonight is the night. Vanessa is once again single, and Wade continues to be ready to mingle.
Except this week's game night, she brings over the new guy she's been seeing. A hulking, meaty, steroid of a human being with way too many abs and an obnoxiously chiselled jaw, who calls Blind Al "ma'am" and generally hates Wade the second he lays eyes on him. And just like that, the jealousy is back and threatens to eat Wade alive.
Jealousy over Vanessa, of course. Because it is definitely, absolutely about Vanessa.
And that feeling in the pit of his stomach whenever he sees Logan can obviously only be hatred.

Wade's heard stories about the vengeful spirit that's said to watch over the forest since he can remember. He always loved those stories, full of fantasy and violence. Perhaps it's not as far fetched as it all seems. Perhaps this predator is nothing more than a man...a man who needs love like anyone else.
