He had an accident... of the quirky kind. Now he was left trapped in the body of an injured cat, and nobody knows the stray they pulled from the rubble is the missing hero student.
(He found them, but they didn't find him. Oh well. The rest is a matter of waiting.)

“That’s easy to deal with,” Ashido scoffs. She leans against the arm of the couch, idly checking her nails. They glitter in the overhead lights, and so do her eyes as they dart over to Katsuki. “He’ll shut up if you ignore him. Everybody knows that.”

Summary
Eventually, their lips brushed, and Katsuki drew in a relieved breath. The kiss was brief and gentle, barely more than a soft press; and yet, the most enormous and contradicting thing Katsuki had ever experienced. He felt weak, like his body was melting straight into Izuku’s. He felt sturdy, like his once damaged heart could beat strong again. It felt wrong, layered over a lifetime of regrets and it felt right, like none of it seemed to matter anymore. It felt normal, and it felt totally insane. It made so much sense, and yet none at all.
Eventually Izuku pulled away, noticeably flushed. “So, um…how was that?”
The greatest thing Katsuki had ever done. “Half-assed.” He said instead. “Try again.”
