—Sinceramente —intervino Gina, apuntándole con la cuchara que estaba lamiendo—, si vuelves a romper con él, nos pondremos de su lado.
Tommy se incorporó, ya olvidado del coma diabético. "¿Qué?"
—Mira, no es traición —dijo Sal, lamiendo su cuchara—. Es solo instinto de supervivencia. ¿Te acuerdas del pastel de manzana y arándanos que compró para cenar la semana pasada? Me desmayé a la mitad de la corteza. ¡Diablos, me divorciaría de Gina solo por esa corteza! Sin ofender, Cara Mia.
Gina se encogió de hombros. "Justo. Yo también me divorciaría de ti si existiera la posibilidad de que se casara y me mantuviera así para siempre".
