Secrets shroud the king. Amy uncovers them bit by bit, but as she realizes how deep she has dove, she finds herself in the same nebulous situation as the king;

Summary
The Eggman Empire is gone, but the Dark Empire has risen with Shadow as king. King Shadow’s word is law and his rule absolute.
The Freedom Fighters now make it their mission to help the struggling citizens and free them from tyranny. But when a raid goes wrong, Amy is captured and given a choice: marry King Shadow or allow the bloodshed to continue.

Summary
They say beauty is in the eye of the beholder. When your job is to be and look beautiful… to be polished and perfect, sometimes you don’t feel like you are. Amy has never had someone see beyond the image, the reputation, the flash of the camera after it’s all said and done. And because of that, Shadow scares her.
She thought love at first sight was nothing but a fairytale. That anyone who claimed otherwise was delusional. Perhaps she only needed to look at herself from someone else’s eye…
Or; an AU fic in which Shadow and Amy are A-Lists models, attempting to find love and acceptance for who they are, within the entertainment industry where almost everything and everyone seems perfectly fake.
