Luckily, he has help from an organisation of heroes led by the notorious hero, Vanoss, in keeping Los Santos safe. Too bad that the organisation hate Delirious with a passion. Add unnecessary feelings, secret identities, misunderstandings, and the fact that everyone keeps mistaking Delirious as a villain, and it’s a recipe for a disaster.
