Summary
After two years of the pandemic, Aspen quits her job to make her long-held but never-fulfilled wish of traveling the world a reality. In a temple in Hong Kong she picks up a stone, which at first seems quite normal - but when she wants to leave the temple, Hong Kong has disappeared and she finds herself on an endless grassy plain, with a white city in the distance. For four long years, Aspen learns to hold her ground in Minas Tirith, always with one goal in mind: she wants to go back home. No matter the cost.

Summary
She had long given up on finding a way home. Even if she somehow did find a way, she had been in this world for too long to go back. Instead, she just wants peace and quiet to take care of Leena.
Of course, things don't work like that.
After a hole is blown into the sky, Adoria is called on to help the Inquisition right the world. She goes, albeit very unhappily. But, she isn't alone. Faces from her past come back to help and new friends make it all the more bearable.
And, hopefully, with the help of two certain wolves perhaps she will find the peace she is looking for after all.

In the end, Yennefer has always been a wanderer, with no place to go and none to call home. It's a good thing Thedas might just have use for a sorceress, whether they want her or not.
