Summary
For a long time, Korekiyo’s life was brutal but simple until his best friend came forward with romantic feelings for him out of the blue. He never even considered a life without his sister, and now he had to question if he was homosexual on top of everything else. Rantaro was always there for him, but now he was there for him in a different way. They slowly move through the motions of life as Kiyo deals with his own personal problems as well as trying to learn what it’s like to be loved properly.

Summary
The bounds of traditional masculinity were harsh and cold to Virgil. The tall man felt like they were a pair of shackles around his ankles that grew heavier every time someone used the wrong pronouns. It had always been an uphill battle with him; ever since he was a little kid, there had always been something wrong with him. He had never felt quite right; never felt at peace in his own skin. He never felt like he truly belonged.
He knew what people said about him behind his back; he wasn't an idiot. He'd heard the whispers when he walked by, he saw the stares on the train for merely painting his nails black. He was aware of the slurs, and the way some people would look at him like he was a freak.
It was exhausting. It was shameful.-
