Summary
A golden heart turned to a black shattered mess. The dream of being a hero torn down until there was nothing left. The world is often a cruel place when you're born into the darkness. When you grow up "quirkless" and the world is put against you... it's natural to be led astray, into the darkness. At least it seemed so effortless for Midoriya Izuku, the Green Rabitt.
If you recognize the plot a bit, no you don't... (In all seriousness, if you do, it's likely you read the original, I unpublished it ages ago. Would have been Shatter me)
While this is a V.Deku story, it follows a Dad for one AU (All For One = Hisashi Midoriya au)

Summary
Midoriya Izuku used to be so damn happy.
His mom used to read him stories.
His father used to bounce him on his knee.
He had friends at pre-school.
And he had no idea how quickly it could be taken from him; that one trip to the doctor would change the entire trajectory of his life.
Or, Midoriya Izuku is sold off for quick cash and has to quickly adjust to life on the streets.

Summary
Neil Josten and his mother have been on the run from his father for years and the last time his father caught up to them he took Neil's ability to use his left ankle and his mother. Even though she might be gone her last words still haunt Neil till this day "do not become static" so he continues to move from city to city to keep her wish alive. Neil has always enjoyed cars but now with a bum leg he loves them even more.
So much that he becomes a street racer in what seems to be the small, quiet town of Palmetto. But Neil soon realizes that this town has a lot more to offer him than he once thought, enter Andrew a mysterious man who can't seem to keep his eyes off of Neil. Maybe Neil's luck will run dry, or he might find everything he's been missing.

Summary
Neil has a breakdown, tells the truth, and gets sent to a 90 day minimum residential program. Andrew can't take it anymore, attempts to kill himself, ends up in an acute psychiatric hospital, then is transferred to a 90 day minimum residential program. They won't get together in residential, but they will eventually get together. With the support of each other and some awesome mental health professionals they heal and learn to live a better life.

This will have sporadic updates, but I do plan to finish it eventually. I have no idea what the chapter count will be and only a very lose outline for what will happen. Most of this is based off of my own experience with mental health, pediatric psychiatric hospitals, and a 90 day stay at a residential mental health facility. This will be bad.

Neil felt Andrew’s eyes on him. And realising that he couldn’t really ask for anything more than he already had, and seeing that he didn’t really believe with what the woman was saying, he waved her off and said with a little sardonic smile, “Care to give me one last week to bond with my dead mom?”
He heard Kevin choke, Nicky let out a startled laugh, Aaron making a noise of disbelief and almost heard Andrew roll his eyes.
His eyes widened when the woman smiled. “Your wish is my command.” With that, she suddenly vanished.
Neil never realized that giving out his lunch to a woman who calls herself a starving witch just wanting to survive on the day before Halloween, and wasting the wish she can grant him by off-handed-ly wishing that he could have just a week to "bond" with his mother again, could somehow backfire and cause such change to his life.
