Summary
You know that episode in a sci-fi show or cartoon where all the protagonists are trapped by the villain or some mysterious entity and then they have to face their greatest fears to escape? This is the odyssey version.
Connie, Wooton, Eugene, Penny, and Jason are all caught in the thrall of a mysterious imagination box left at the Inventor's corner. Each are trapped in their own personal nightmare world, and it's up to Katrina to go into their mind and help them escape. In mean time Dr. Lilly Gram, Whit, and some the Whit's end kids investigate just who or what is behind this.

Whit's Inn. Safe. Welcoming. Home.
Perhaps nowhere in all of Odyssey existed such a beloved stop. Even in distant lands, travelers who had discovered refuge under the Inn’s roof spread its praise. But as the medieval land of Odyssey faces plague, famine, and corruption, no place can be too safe.

“—Eugene!” He exclaimed, eyes growing wide. Immediately, he was taken back by the appearance of his brilliant young apprentice, bursting in from the back alleyway. What happened?”
The wiry teen—always well-kept and self-assured—was dirty, disheveled, bleeding, and bruised.

While traveling cross-country to California, Bernard decides to take a detour so Eugene can experience Disneyland for the first time. Eugene can't understand the fascination about the theme park, and Bernard just wants a relaxing day enjoying the food and entertainment. However, the people they meet along the way might help change their minds. They both learn important lessons about love, family, thinking of others, and letting go of plans in this humorous adventure at one of the Happiest Places on Earth.
