Summary
Hua Cheng, at almost 21 years old, is in a place in his life. It's not exactly a dream-come-true place to be, but it isn't too terrible either, all things considered.
However.
Due to circumstances completely out of his control he finds himself in dire need to relocate to somewhere actually livable. Unfortunately, for Hua Cheng who is not at all a people person, the only viable option comes with a catch: he needs to share it.
The 'delightful young man' Hua Cheng would be sharing the flat with is supposedly utterly unproblematic and apparently barely spends any time at the lodgings at all in recent times.

Frank Iero is a barista who at one point really, truly enjoyed his job at the local cafe. But the powers that be (unchecked capitalism) have turned his workplace into something soulless and miserable, a thing he has to get through to pay his rent on time. The only thing worse than the new corporate bullshit is the newest regular: a weird, quiet guy who camps in the corner all day on his laptop and gets under Frank’s skin like no one else.
