The ED team shuffles out, Whitaker and Dr. Robby taking up the rear. Dr. Robby stops him with a hand on Whitaker’s waist, there and gone. “Really,” he says low, directly into his ear, beard scratching his cartilage, “that was amazing. You didn’t waste any time starting compressions. That probably saved that baby’s life. You saved that baby’s life.”
The praise goes to his head, suffusing him with endorphins. “Thank you, Dad.” And he promptly wants to crawl out of his skin and slither down the drain with the after birth slop.

The elevator lurches once, then stalls. The emergency light flickers weakly, casting Robby and Whitaker in a dim, red glow before plunging them into near-total darkness. The only sound is their breathing—Whitaker’s still too fast, Robby’s measured, deliberate.
"You knew this might happen?" Whitaker asks.
"Yeah," Robby says. "Big storms like this fuck with the hospital's generators. We were lucky we got this far."
"Lucky," Whitaker echoes, the word coming out too soft.Robby and Whitaker get stuck in an elevator during a storm, and three weeks of tension catches up to them.

You weren’t sure what you had been expecting to see, but Billy Hargrove standing on your porch- tanned, showered and extremely dangerous- was more than you had been prepared for."
"With a sharp inhale, Eddie closed the distance and took your wrist not far below from where he etched his name a week prior and tsked, 'Not there, Princess.' And guided you to lay at the head of the bed- he revealed a flash of silver from his back pocket as he removed his shoes and perched on the bed next to you.
Handcuffs. Those were handcuffs."

Summary
The events of the last few years of his life have left Steve Harrington a wreck. He feels as alone in life as he imagines he would in death. Things begin to change after hes rescued from a drunken stupor by sort-of-friend Eddie Munson.
Eddie is a soft dom at heart, and ends up unknowingly influencing Harrington to take better care of himself, do things he enjoys. Steve doesnt understand the calm and the peace he begins to feel around Eddie, or his apparent need to make Eddie proud.
When Eddie realizes the influence hes had on Steves life he battles with weather or not its right of him to continue treating his friend as a submissive in need of guidance. Eddie decides to lay it all out for Steve, and confesse his true feelings for him.
Or
Steve Harrington discovers he's a sub and ALSO in love with Eddie Munson after he helps get Steves life back to a happy, healthy space. The tags dont make sense now bc you have to wait for it.
