Summary
Elsbeth is lonely and worried about her two favorite people in Washington D.C.—Teddy and Kaya. After Judge Crawford’s murder, Teddy grew moody and distant, hastily running off back to his old apartment. Kaya followed a few weeks later to the city with her exciting, but dangerous, new task force assignment. The redhead hasn’t heard from either in months and decides an impromptu road trip is in order to hopefully talk to her son again and maybe, just maybe, chance a run-in with the undercover detective.
