You could call it a feat.
It’s beautiful. He, Viktor, and nothing else. They hold on to each other, cling desperately, disintegrate, breaking into thousands of useless atoms.
But Jayce Talis is a human.
And humans don’t perform feats.
Or; AU where Jayce is scared and Jayce doesn't want to die and Jayce has a choice and Victor doesn't and Jayce chooses the wrong thing. But maybe, just maybe, it'll be okay.
