Summary
Rocky visits Grace's life support quarters with some exciting news, some time into his recovery on Erid---the biodome habitat has finally been completed.
It takes a step through the airlock and sinks down into rough sand and pebbles. I chirp and hop down after it. Grace has not seen the biodome yet, but neither have I, and in my enthusiasm I dart slightly ahead.
Grace inhales so sharply that I turn to hear him better in a panic. “Grace? Grace, what is wrong? You are hurt?”
My assumption is quickly corrected when, without warning, it bolts.

Grace furrowed his brow as he thought. There weren’t any other words in that sentence right before his name that Rocky should know by this point. With a start, Grace came to a possible word.
“Ryland?” Grace asked, tilting his head to the side.
[Yes!] Rocky answered. It was followed by the musical sounds that was most likely how it was translated to eridian. [Word before Grace name. What does word mean, question?]

Rocky and I had really gotten this roommate thing down over the years it’s taken to arrive to Erid. He works efficiently and likes to tackle all problems head on. So why now, as we’re 1 month from entering orbit, is he starting to act like my kids when they’ve done something wrong?
Rocky forgot he promised his mate to bring back a gift for her. Grace gets a little too excited about it.

Jason has the exact same sunshine personality as he had before everything.
And when everyone realizes, slowly, one by one, it absolutely **breaks** them. Because Jason didn't come back wrong, not at all.
He came back more insecure, yes, with tendencies he can't quite control, but the boy under the Hood is still the same one from all those years ago.He still looks up to Dick and Bruce, still looks at them with the same near childish admiration.
He still likes his things neat, likes books, is studious, caring and has a heart of gold.
