Summary
Thirty years ago, the third world war broke out. Twenty-six year ago it ended, with the Korean peninsula uniting under the North's regime. Twenty five years ago the government declared that life would continue as normal in the South, but people deemed as 'non-contributing' members of society would be entered in a drawing for the Hunger Games every year.
It's now the year of 2020, and time for the twenty-fifth annual Hunger Games. This year, it has been decided, that all tributes will be culled from the idol population.
