"You're so beautiful like this," he murmured against Zuko’s chest. "Spread out for me. Letting me do whatever I want."
His mouth found the older man’s sternum, then the dip between his pecs. Each kiss led to a bite, small, precise marks that bloomed pink against Zuko’s pale skin. Sokka worked methodically, leaving a trail of ownership from collarbone to nipple, where he sucked hard before nipping the sensitive nub.
Zuko cried out, fingers threading into the man’s hair, tugging. "Fuck, Sokka-"
"Shh. I'm not done." Sokka released the nipple with a wet pop and moved across to the other side, repeating the pattern.
His teeth grazed, clamped, soothed. By the time he finished, Zuko’s chest was a constellation of tiny crescents.

Summary
There's a storm approaching. It's not something Sokka himself can sense, not any more than the average person anyway. The thick humidity that gathers in the air, the clouds that roll across the sky, the electricity that builds in the atmosphere. Those are the things average people rely on to sense a storm. That's what Sokka identifies when he's out on trips because weather is a constant no matter what nation one resides.
When Sokka is home, however, he doesn't need to step outside to realize a storm is brewing. When Sokka is home, he needs only to look at his husband.

Summary
The boarding bell rang again. Final call. Sokka exhaled sharply through his nose. “Tui and La, I hate leaving you.” Slowly and painfully, he kissed Zuko’s forehead.
“I’ll come back before the monsoon ends,” he murmured.
“You said that last time.”
“And I was right.”
“You were twelve days late.”
“The ocean is large.”
Zuko’s hand tightened around his sleeve. Sokka smiled sadly.
Then, because he could never resist provoking him one final time, he murmured:
“And if one of your ministers suddenly falls down a staircase while I’m gone, I’ll know you missed me.”
That earned him the smallest laugh imaginable. He looked relieved to hear it. Then he stepped backward toward the ship.
At the top of the boarding ramp, he turned once more. Zuko remained standing exactly where he had left him, robes snapping violently in the sea wind.

Summary
Sokka imagines his friend Zuko, sitting on the throne.
Would he be bored? Would he be serious? Would he get mad?
He thinks of Zuko’s hair carefully swept back from his face, flame crest holding it up and out of his face. He thinks of Zuko’s bangs caressing the curve and gaunt of Zuko’s cheeks. He thinks of how his scar might catch the light and cast shadows on his narrowed eye.
He can’t help but imagine how Zuko’s fair skin would look in the fire’s glow framed by the collar of his official robes.OR
Sokka's wanted nothing more than to fuck Zuko for years.
