Summary

Summary

Mates and the powers that they developed after meeting one another was dangerous. So, they had to be registered, designated, surveyed- It was a whole mess all in the name of public safety. But despite Hansol's still young age, he was pretty sure that was yet another thinly veiled lie.
Public safety wasn't a concern. Collecting power was.
