"If you think anyone is sane you just don't know enough about them." Christopher Moore
Friends. You spend your entire life with them, ridiculously thinking you know them as good or even better than yourself.
But in the end there is always that one question lingering in your mind. Its seeming simplicity as deceptive as the tranquility of the ocean.
How good do you know your 'friends'?

3 years. That is how long it took Haechan to overcome.
Another two to find an answer.
And one final year to ask questions, that should have been asked before everything went upside down.

Summary
“Did you seriously just cross the parapet barefoot?”
Lily forces her head up. A woman with pink hair is staring at her with a look that is equal parts astonishment and mockery. She sits at a small table, and next to her is a fair-haired woman with big curls. The woman runs her hand through her short hair and casts a raised-eyebrow glance at the fair-haired woman beside her.
“Oh, brilliant. I’ve seen everything now.”

Rosalynn Tauri is dead. At least, that’s what she intends.
As the forgotten princess of Navarra, Basgiath is the last place she should be—and exactly why it’s her only hope. Hidden behind a false name, a borrowed past, and a split lip, she fights to survive the Parapet. She’s not chasing honor or glory; she’s looking for somewhere to disappear. As “Lily Maddox,” her plan is simple: keep her head down, survive, and vanish on the back of a dragon. But the plan unravels when she’s pulled into the orbit of the marked riders. One in particular: Bodhi Durran. He’s persistent, annoyingly observant, and far too attractive.

Summary
As a single mom, Sim Jaeyun’s only worry is making sure his child has a roof over his head, clothes to wear, food in his mouth, and a proper school to go to. He swore to himself he wouldn’t care more about anything or anyone else except his son, especially after the bastard of his father ran out on them. Besides, they’re perfectly fine with it just being the two of them.
But when Jaeyun gets fired from his old job and forced to get a new one, his problems only grow. And when he finds out he’s going to be working for the hottest man he’s ever seen, it doesn’t get any better for him. To make matters worse, his new boss isn’t exactly friendly. On top of being hot, he’s also cold, stoic, and doesn’t even smile. Some people even call him heartless. Not that Jaeyun cares. He’s just focused on working, after all.
However, then comes the day he’s forced to bring his son with him to work, and it’s almost as if every boundary he and his boss set for each other comes crashing down.

Summary
A fancall. Sunoo’s fancall. A simple question, one easy to be vague about, just in case. If you were to pick a boyfriend from the members? The text said. Jungwon blinked, seeing Sunoo’s fox emoji, letting it be clear that it was his response.
Jungwon.
“Damn.”, he said, a bit too stunned.

Summary
“I saw her first so I get the first round. The rest of you can duke it out for seconds.” He wraps a meaty paw around your upper arm.
“Get the fuck away from her,” Sunghoon grits through his teeth, gun already aimed square at your assailant.
Before you can blink, another man responds by pointing his gun to the back of Sunghoon’s head. He cocks it for emphasis.
Jake immediately aims his gun at that man, and like some awful ricochet effect, half the diner is standing and deadlocked a moment later, ready to shoot.
The slab sneers. “It’s the law, stupid. I can take her dead to rights.” He pauses. “You gon’ defy the law?”
“It’s a bad law,” says Sunghoon.
