Summary
Ben walked through the plumber base, two ice cold smoothies in hand. The condensation dripping down the sides of the cups was a minor, but welcome reprieve from the sweltering temperature in the building.
With record high temperatures in Bellwood that summer, Blukic and Driba had thought it would be a good idea to upgrade the air conditioning system. Unfortunately for the rest of the plumbers there, that idea instead led to the entire system failing catastrophically. They had been without any air conditioning for nearly a week.
The majority of the plumbers on the base had been put on standby until the issue was resolved as many of them were species that couldn’t handle such extreme conditions.
One of such plumbers was the very one Ben came by to see, his partner, Rook.

Summary
A footstep echoed in the space. Despite the thundering of the water outside, even more could be heard as they walked further in and Law’s heart beat harder in his chest. The soft growl they let out made his body quiver, emotions running rampant through him.
The predator whistled. It was a soft, haunting tune that made every hair on Law’s body stand on end. A wretched song that trailed up his spine.
“This is a cute hiding place you’ve got here,” he said. His voice was gravelly in just the right way for Law’s heart to skip a beat. That was not what he needed to be feeling at that moment. “What are you so afraid of, gatito? Come on out. I won’t bite.”
Law stayed completely still, trying his best not to shiver at the way he spoke.
Law's on his last life and Death has come for him...or at least he will.

Killer sat beside Kid, drinking his booze through a silly-looking straw while Kid kept bickering with Law, who as usual was flirting back with him. The scene made him want to hurl already when he’d barely even gotten a buzz yet.
He’d long grown bored of their mutual posturing and his eyes wandered across the ship, eyeing all of their visitors. Something stirred in his gut as his gaze settled on a small person from Law’s crew that he’d never seen before. They wore a mask and chatted with the woman—Ikkaku—animatedly, their hands gesturing wildly as they spoke and making her howl with laughter.
Killer felt a blush rise to his cheeks, something inside of him beckoning him to walk over, to introduce himself.
Killer finds his soul mate and they meet him.

Rosinante swiftly stood, his chair skidding behind him and thudding against the wall, making both of the cadets flinch. “I think it’s time I get you to shut up for good. Cadets,” he looked to the men who looked scared shitless, “go find something more useful to do for the next few hours or so. This might take me a while.”
Buggy is being held by the marines, but through sheer luck might just make it out alive and with a tall girlfriend.
