Summary
意大利漫长的铅色年代结束后，在万众期待中，过了没几年冷战也结束了，所有人都准备为一个美好的未来欢呼——酸雨来了。
一场淋漓尽致的酸雨，下得如同天空彻底不复存在，根本没有地球，没有太阳月亮。世界就是巨大的九层乌龟壳上一个渺小的方块盘子，太阳更亮是因为被最高议会批给更多能源，月亮也亮是偶尔最高议会也想起来还有这么个私生子。但很显然现在地球失宠了。
无数国家，无数城市逐渐陷落。整个亚平宁，只剩为数不多的大城市还能维持能源供给，并且随着酸雨不断持续即将越来越少。
意大利代表各大城市的七大党派组成最高议会，维持着摇摇欲坠的意大利……意甲球队党派设，意大利政斗题材，部分剧情涉及俱乐部矛盾，无意中伤任何球队。没有非常明确的CP倾向，小梨群像。

“Can I?” Regulus asked, coming to stand beside him.
“You smoke?”
Regulus shrugged. “Sometimes.”
Sirius looked at him for a moment, then passed him the cigarette. Regulus brought it to his lips, suddenly very aware of the fact that it had just been in his brother’s mouth, and relished in the sweet burn of the smoke filling his lungs.
“Let’s not make a habit out of this,” Sirius said.
