Summary
After Harry and Hermione died at Malfoy Manor, Harry meets his reaper in the afterlife. To his surprise, this isn't remotely the first time he had died, but to finally fulfil his destiny this time he will be sent back with his memories and some additional preparation thanks to some long dead people like the founders and a few of his ancestors. This time Dumbledore's manipulations and the Weasleys' love potioning won't happen, rest assured.
Back at Ollivanders with Hagrid, Harry starts changing things rapidly, especially since he ran into his soulmate - Hermione. Upon a first touch she starts to remember everything. Minerva McGonagall and the Grangers rescue Harry from the Dursleys and as Lord of the Noble and Most Ancient House of Potter, with advanced magical skill, knowledge of Dumbledore's and Voldemort's plans and his soulmate on his side a whole new life can begin.

5th year canon divergence, no bashing. Meant to replace books 5-7: mostly follows canon lore as outlined in those books but with significant deviations from the plot itself, including character development of the main cast post-Goblet of Fire. Explores what might have happened if Harry was given the help and support he needed, while avoiding the standard !Indy tropes.

Also, because people sometimes seem to think it is: this is not your tranny-approved ticket for a guilt-free Potter fix, don't get in my ear about how this makes you feel less guilty about engaging with the fandom. It's explicitly meant to critique Potter and its writer, and I am not a Harry Potter fan. It's just in the form of a story because that's what I'm good at. Waiting a small distance from the exit to the elevator were the absolute last people he’d wanted to see. There stood Lucius Malfoy, looking about as composed as ever, though the sheen of sweat on the edges of his brow and the way his faint smile looked like it could shatter at any moment somewhat soured the image of perfect pureblood Lord. Next to him was Fudge, whose trembling hands squeezed each other white. There was a woman beside them, he didn’t know her but her stern and monocled form reminded him of a particularly cross McGonagall.
