Summary
Even if he was starting to get familiar with his classmates scents, he still never took off his blockers. Letting others smell him felt vulnerable in a way that he didn't feel often, if ever. Sure, he wanted to be a part of whatever his class had going on, but the idea of people being able to know how he was feeling from a single whiff scared him more than he would admit. The thought of letting himself relax enough to do anything like an omega—scenting, nesting, biting—was also fairly stressful.
Shouto doesn't know how to act like a pack with his new class. When his first heat hits, he doesn't know what to do with himself. (aka: he's ashamed to be an omega, but his class (especially Bakugou) helps him adjust!)

The bedside lamp is off, but he didn’t bother turning off the university's twenty-four hour radio. It has been playing for hours, a low murmur from his laptop. Ambient music, local news updates, some rambling from a student show.
It wasn’t until five minutes ago that the cat-obsessed late-night speaker came on.
Shouto likes this guy. Listens to the station every night, hums the little intro jingle absentmindedly while brushing his teeth. Katsuki had made fun of it, at first. Called it boring, dorky. But he’s been listening more lately.
Katsuki and Shouto really, really like late night radio.

He really needs to have a damn talk with the Fates. Or Aphrodite. Because seriously, what kind of bullshit quest is this?
AKA a fic in which Katsuki pines for a beautiful idiot (and the author drops everything in one day to make it on time)
