All of his conquests were well-known in the Seven Kingdoms, but her lord father always said that it was all meaningless, that no one in Essos truly thought of Daemon as their ruler, even after him taking so much land and building castles and cities where before there was nothing. Well, it seemed her father had been wrong. Such a thing oughtn’t surprise her.
