He doesn't say anything. Logically, if Neito had been joking, he probably would have confirmed so by now. But he hasn't, and he's not going to. Something in the back of his mind is telling him that he should, but he's resorted to ignoring any doubt and decides that if they do judge him in the end, he'll throw them into a fucking dumpster fire.

Most days Kirishima would have shrugged it off but it was a ponytail and eyebags day and maybe violence was the answer so cracking his knuckles and shoving Monoma into the lockers a lot lighter than he would have like he got in his face glaring
“Yeah!? Well I'll pound you like a man!”Monoma didn't know how to respond; he didn't think he'd ever think a coherent thought ever again. He knew he hadn't meant it that way but-
AKA Kirishima accidently becomes Monoma's bully with way too many accidental suggestive threats but it’s fine because he kind of wants Kirishima to step on him.
