As she grew older, she met her platonic soulmates and one of them, Malcolm Bright, was a little off. The way his expression would change when he looked at her stone, the way he himself never showed his own stone, everything was suspicious.
And she was determined to find out what's going on.
Malcolm Bright knew his soulmates, both platonic and romantic, were better off without him and he was determined to make sure he never met them. When he meets Dani Powell along with the others in the NYPD, he knows his mission is going to be a lot harder.
