Having to watch every man in that bar like a hawk. Around that same time she would hate herself, just the right amount to learn, in her opinion, for falling for Dean Winchester. As she thought about that very first hunt with the brothers. As she realized that they had taught her a lot, just maybe not the things they wanted to.
_____Alternate universe: The show/the brothers story ended with original arch at season 5. Jo and Ellen never died and lived on. The Roadhouse never burned down. Jo went on hunting, but never with men.

Summary
Both broken, yet eager to help the other heal....
Sam and Cas are living in the bunker now, sans-dean after the gadreel betrayal. Cas is newly Human now, and while he needs some help learning the intricacies of that, Sam needs some help healing.
They both share things, and think through what they've lost.
