Summary
Sarah Miller was twelve years old when a soldier raised his rifle in the dark and the world was supposed to end for her. It doesn't. She falls through something she'll never understand and lands twenty years later in a settlement called Jackson, where a man with grey in his beard and scars on his hands turns around and sees the daughter he's spent two decades grieving, exactly as he lost her.
He's not alone anymore, and that's the problem. There's a girl living in his house who calls him something between father and everything else, who has spent years being the reason he gets up in the morning, and who now has to watch a ghost walk in and take up space in a life she thought was finally, finally safe.
Nobody asked Sarah if she wanted to be twelve forever while the world kept moving without her.
Nobody asked Ellie if she wanted to share the only family she has left.
And nobody's going to tell either of them how to survive what happens next.

Summary
They taught him to take the pain and make it useful. Nobody taught him what happens when the pain stops asking permission.
When Akane falls onstage as Princess Saya, something Aqua has kept buried for twelve years gets loose in front of a sold-out theater, and there is nowhere left to put it but into the scene. What the audience calls the greatest performance they have ever witnessed, Akane recognizes from the inside: the difference between an actor who chooses his grief and one who has briefly, completely, lost the ability to tell the stage from the worst day of his life. -

Summary
Two years into her marriage, Elizabeth Darcy wakes from a carriage accident remembering nothing past the autumn Mr. Bingley first came to Netherfield. She does not know Pemberley. She does not know her husband, or the sister he has, or the goddaughter who reaches for her without hesitation. She does not even fully know her own father, having lost the harder, clearer-eyed love she'd grown into for him alongside everything else.
Fitzwilliam Darcy must love a woman who looks at him exactly as she once did before she knew him at all, and court her a second time without the comfort of memory to lean on. As fragments of the lost two years return out of order, some tender, some cruel, and as George Wickham circles a wife who no longer remembers why she ought to distrust him, Elizabeth must decide, with no memory to guide her, whether she trusts the man she's told she married. A story about whether love survives the loss of the very history that built it.

Summary
Athena makes a choice she swears is purely tactical: wear her daughter's face for a few days to keep Percy Jackson from asking questions no one can safely answer. A few days turns into months. The goddess who has never once fallen for anyone finds herself falling for him slowly, helplessly, and completely, and the truth, when it finally comes out, will not be because anyone meant for it to.
